Frank founded the 6ixGroup (6ixDesign, 6ixDev, 6ixBuild) as an architecture and engineering firm in 2014. He identified a unique gap in the industry and created a bridge between architecture and engineering. This approach allowed him to offer clients all services in-house. Since its humble beginnings, the 6ixGroup has expanded into development and building projects. As a result, it now acts as a full-service agency that handles every detail of construction, development, and design from A to Z.
Today, 6ixGroup manages a wide range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across the Greater Toronto Area. Through 6ixDev, Frank leads real estate development initiatives. He oversees land acquisition, feasibility studies, planning approvals, and project execution. His portfolio includes apartment buildings, mixed-use plazas, custom residences, restaurants, corporate offices, and medical clinics. Consequently, clients receive comprehensive solutions tailored to each project.
