When we recognized the potential in Durham College’s and Ontario Tech University’s upcoming expansion, we were able to secure four properties to create a new, self-sufficient student community hub. From creating an investment group for the project to delivering its approvals, our aim is to complete the process in within two years. Once complete, Simcoe Community will provide 330,000 square feet of space for living, amenities, and restaurants.
