Once its bylaw zoning amendment was approved, we were able to take over the development of three combined properties as a joint venture between investment groups. By meeting the demand in this area for luxury townhouses, we are creating a new, vibrant niche in the market. At over 24,000 total square feet, we have already finalized the site plan application and are now working with 6ix Build for an estimated completion in 2024.
