Before this site became a four-story, 30,000-square-foot residential building, we had already performed a financial feasibility study and a preliminary planning review to explore the site’s potential. Then, guiding investors on the size and type of project, we performed pre-application consulting all the way to finalizing and successfully concluding their investment. Now, we are working with 6ix Design to make this development a reality.
