Behzad Lotfi is a licensed realtor, investor, developer, and real estate enthusiast with over a decade of industry experience. As a partner at 6ixDev Inc., he helps clients manage their development plans with precision, ensuring projects are delivered on time and optimized for the highest return on investment.

With a background in mechanical engineering and more than ten years of experience in building management, Behzad brings a multidisciplinary perspective to every project. He has successfully closed over $500 million in real estate transactions and has been actively involved in residential and commercial development projects across Toronto, Montreal, and the Middle East.

From 2015 to 2017, Behzad played a key role in the construction of the CHUM hospital in Montreal—recognized as the second largest hospital in North America. Since 2017, he has been closely involved in numerous custom home builds and development projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Outside of work, Behzad is an avid skier and enjoys playing squash, tennis, and the violin.
