Having located and secured this property, we worked with our financial and real estate team to attract potential investors for this gateway to East Gwillimbury, Bradford, and King Township. The commercial plaza needed to address the concerns of multiple municipal and conservational authorities on the area’s future, but by securing part of the town's cancelled road lines and assembling them into the property, we were able to move forward by considering what the area needed for its future growth. The plaza’s completion is 2024.
